2. Job Seeker Responsibilities

• Use your own identity and professional information.
• Do not upload someone else’s resume without authorization.
• Do not provide false qualifications, experience, or certifications.
• Do not intentionally provide misleading information to employers.
• Apply only for opportunities that are relevant to your interests and qualifications.

3. Employer Responsibilities

Employers are responsible for providing accurate information about their company, job openings, requirements, compensation information where applicable, and recruitment process.

• Post legitimate employment opportunities.
• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements.
• Do not publish misleading or fraudulent vacancies.
• Use candidate information responsibly.
• Use candidate data for legitimate recruitment purposes related to the roles posted.
• Maintain accurate application and interview information.
• Do not misuse the platform to collect candidate information for unrelated purposes.

4. Job Listings & Recruitment Information

Dreamnaukri provides a platform through which employers can publish job opportunities and candidates can discover and apply for them.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the vacancies they publish. Candidates should independently review job descriptions and employer information before applying or sharing additional information.

5. Applications & Service Limits

Certain Dreamnaukri services may be subject to limits depending on the service plan selected by the user.

This may include limits relating to job applications, Interview Assistance, downloads, or other services where such limits are specified as part of the applicable plan.

• Service limits are determined by the applicable plan.
• Used services may reduce the remaining balance of the applicable limit.
• Unused limits may be subject to the terms of the relevant plan.
• Users should review plan details before purchasing a paid service.

6. Interview Assistance & Interview Records

Where Interview Assistance is included in a service plan, its use is subject to the applicable plan limits and platform rules.

Employers may record interview activity and applicable outcomes for candidates. Where supported by the platform, completed interview results may be displayed to the relevant candidate.

Dreamnaukri provides the technical platform for recording such information and does not independently determine whether a candidate should be selected for employment.

7. Payments & Purchases

Some Dreamnaukri services may require payment. Before completing a purchase, users should review the applicable plan, pricing, included services, limits, and other relevant terms.

Once a purchase is completed, the associated service will be provided according to the applicable plan and platform rules.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use Dreamnaukri for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activities.

• Creating fake or misleading profiles.
• Posting fraudulent or misleading job vacancies.
• Uploading malicious files or harmful content.
• Attempting to access another user’s account.
• Scraping or systematically extracting platform data without authorization.
• Using automated systems to abuse platform functionality.
• Sending spam or unsolicited recruitment messages.
• Misusing candidate or employer information.
• Attempting to bypass application, service, or account limits.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the platform.

9. Candidate & Employer Data

Users may receive access to information belonging to other users as part of legitimate platform functionality. Such information must be handled responsibly and only used for the purpose for which it was provided.

Employers must not use candidate information obtained through Dreamnaukri for unrelated purposes, unauthorized marketing, or unauthorized data collection.

10. User-Generated Content

Users may provide information such as resumes, profile descriptions, job descriptions, company information, photographs, and other content.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate applicable laws, third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or the rights of other users.

11. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Dreamnaukri available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, security measures, updates, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

14. No Guarantee of Employment

Dreamnaukri provides a platform for connecting job seekers and employers. Use of the platform does not guarantee employment, an interview, selection, salary, or any particular recruitment outcome.

Employment decisions are made by the relevant employer based on its own recruitment process and requirements.

15. Accuracy of Platform Information
